FLOW FORCE IS A COMPLETE TRAINING FOR YOUR MIND AND BODY
Mixing breathwork, natural movements and calisthenics, we only use our bodyweight and our breath during the classes. There is absolutely no performance pressure and everyone is welcome to join - no matter your fitness level - as long as you want to breathe and move.
FLOW
Breathwork refers to any breathing exercise or technique where we intentionally change our breathing pattern. It allows us to improve both our physical and mental health.
During the classes we will explore diverse breathing techniques such as
Activating with Strong Yogic Breathing
Cleansing with Kapalbhati Pranayama
Balancing with Ujjayi Pranayama.
FORCE
Natural Movement Fitness and Calisthenics are bodyweight trainings techniques intended to increase strength, fitness, and flexibility by using minimal equipment.
During the classes we will (re)explore our locomotive and manipulative skills such as
Balancing, running and jumping
Pulling and pushing
Bending, jumping and swinging
FLOW FORCE
By combining physical and breathing exercices, we work on both the mind and the body. The structure of the training is ever-evolving, we may have one long breathing session at the beginning or at the end, or we can practice specific breathing techniques during a physical exercice. It all depends on the objectives of the class and the comfort level of the students.
For example, we will practice Hypoxic breathing, delivering the benefits of high-altitude training at 6,500 feet, but from the park near your house. This exercice will boost our red blood cells - allowing us to carry more oxygen, produce more energy with each breath and improve our physical wellness.
